How it works
Four simple steps from idea to finished product.
Send your brief
WhatsApp, call or use the quote form. Tell us what, how many, sizes and your deadline, and send your logo or photos.
Get your quote
Michelle sends a quote. For design work you'll get a proof to check and approve. Up to three sets of revisions are included unless agreed otherwise.
Pay the 50% deposit
50% is due before any work starts. Printed items are paid for before printing begins.
Collect or delivery
When your order is ready, arrange collection or delivery with Michelle.

Hi, I'm Michelle
Michelle's Designs is a family business rooted in Centurion, started in 2022 by Michelle de Bruyn. We believe no business, whatever its size, should compromise on quality design, and we care about customer service and attention to detail.
From eye-catching flyers and signage to branded merchandise and personal gifts, we turn your ideas into designs.

How much deposit do I pay?
50% payment is due before any work starts. Payments for printed items are due on receipt, and printing won't start until payment has been received. See Payment in our Terms.
How can I pay?
By bank transfer, or by card at our offices, quoting your invoice number as the reference.
How many design revisions are included?
Up to three sets of revisions, unless agreed otherwise before the project starts. Extra revisions may be charged.
What file formats should I send?
Graphics in an editable vector format, and photographs in high resolution. If you need advice on formats, Michelle is happy to help. Stock photo searches and copywriting can be quoted separately.
Can you meet my deadline?
If you have a hard deadline, tell us clearly before the project begins. We always aim to finish on time, but revisions and your response times affect the schedule, so the completion date isn't a guarantee.
What happens once I approve a proof?
An approved design is final, and later changes are quoted and billed separately. Please check proofs carefully for spelling, prices and dimensions before you approve.
Can I make changes or cancel?
Yes. New additions or changes are quoted separately. If you cancel after work has begun, you're billed only for the work completed up to that point and you receive that work.
Who owns the design?
Once your final payment has cleared, you own the visual elements created for your project and receive print-ready or digital files. Source files stay with Michelle's Designs unless agreed in advance, and a charge applies to release them.
Will my job appear in your portfolio?
We may show your project in our portfolio and on social media, unless you ask us not to.
